How do I set up my computer?

You simply create a new dial-up connection using the 1Cent dial-up number which is a local call for you.
This can be done a number of ways. Probably the simplest is to use your Internet Connection Wizard.
You can also download our setup program which will take care of the setup for you.

Does my account ever expire?

Your account doesn't have an expiration date but it will eventually run out of minutes. There is a minimum charge of 100 minutes per 30 days. If you use over 100 minutes in those 30 days, no additional charges will apply. If you use under 100 minutes in the 30 day cycle, your account will be charged the difference between the minutes used and 100 minutes.

I keep getting knocked off. What gives?
